When there’s powder it must be shredded! Yes folks, the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountains have enough powder to ski and board. This is not unusual however a great sign of the powder we can expect this season…the chance of a La Nina is looking strong!
The earlier in the season one gets to shred, the tastier and more rewarding each floating powder turn is. The increased reward could be a result of the sweat-effort to capture these turns. Early season powder turns are only accessible with a significant amount of hiking and determination.
Whatever the cost, I am envious of these shredders ripping POW on September 21st!
