TLH Heliskiing

View Powder Destinations in a larger map

Located in the South Chilcotin Mountains their terrain covers 830,000 acres, an area roughly 200 times bigger than Vail. Located far enough east to avoid the heavier west coast snow, they receive dry, fluffy powder and plenty of sunshine. With over 300 runs there is something for everyone, from spectacular glaciers and bowls, to exciting tree and ridge lines, many runs starting high in the alpine glaciers and ending deep in the valley bottoms.

They ski with 1 group per helicopter. This means that guests don’t have waiting times for the helicopter. Instead, guests are able to ski and snowboard a greater variety of runs in a vast area every day at their own pace.

The climate zone provides lots of dry snow and sunny weather and only about ½ down day per week. Add more than 300 runs accessible in 10 different mountain ranges and you have THE place for a superb heli-skiing or heli-boarding vacation.

They offer “unlimited vertical footage”- ski as much as you can all day every day. On average they ski 39,624m (130,000ft) per 7 day tour.

The amount of skiing is determined by several factors including; the skiing ability of the guests and the amount they desire to ski, weather and snow conditions, and available daylight hours.
