Stawamus Chief 1st Descent
Squamish locals, Paul Greenwood, Eric Carter and Chris Christie, scored a first descent of the North Gully of Siám’ Smánit (Stawamus Chief).
The above average snowpack created near perfect conditions for the trio and allowed them to make this dream a reality.
Using a mix of rock climbing and mountaineering skills they found some decent powder turns in the couloir!
