Sol Mountain’s BC backcountry lodge is in the heart of the southern Monashee Mountain Range, on the east side of Monashee Provincial Park, 60 kilometers (40 miles) south of Revelstoke Mountain Resort and 60 kilometers (40 miles) east of Silver Star Mountain Resort in Vernon.

Experience a complete mix of Monashee trees, glades, alpine bowls, and steep chutes – your own backcountry resort three times the area of Whistler–Blackcomb. In the southern Monashees, Sol Mountain offers mountain living from their fully serviced lodge at 1,900 metres (6,300 ft). Easy access to XC skiing and snowshoeing. Ski in small groups of four to six. Choose from 3, 4, or 7 night trips.

Trips to the lodge in winter are solely by helicopter, a scenic 15-minute helicopter flight across the Monashee Range from the town of Cherryville, or a 25-minute flight from Revelstoke.
Sol Mountain is a helicopter – accessed BC backcountry lodge so all food and supplies must be flown in and out. It is essential that all guests pack light – please bring only what you need.
