Mount Cain Snow Reports are real!

There is no snow report more real than a Mount Cain Snow Report. Billed as “Important Information” here is the most recent report for Thursday Mar 29, 2012.

whisper whisper…. shhhhhh!!! ***** powder alert ***** I just got word from the mountain and there is 25-30cm of fresh powder since Monday and it’s minus 3 degrees and snowing at 11:45AM! Snow-forecast.com is calling for light to moderate snowfall to continue thru tonight and into Friday. A clearing trend begining Friday evening should hold until Sunday afternoon and the freezing level is expected to be below 800 meters for the whole weekend. Looks like yet another powderama in Cain-ville this weekend folks! Note: The Mount Cain shuttle bus will be running this weekend leaving the Island Highway parking lot at 8:30AM. Tire chains that fit and you know how to use are required on the access road this weekend. Please do not come up here without them! .
