Among giants deep in the Valhallas, Ice Creek Lodge is a backcountry ski and snowboard paradise 60 kilometers northwest of Nelson in the powder rich Selkirk Mountains. Perched mid-mountain, at an elevation of 1,850m (6,100 ft), the cozy timber-frame lodge is perfectly situated to go after big days. There is terrain to suite all abilities and conditions, from gentle to steep, long loops and 15 bowls. Avalanche training available.
